Abstract
Anti-corruption education is important for combating corruption or corruptive act. The rapid development of technology can be employed effectively as a media to educate people,particularly students, about anti-corruption education. The content of applications or websites which are intended for that purpose are mostly articles about anti-corruption education. As a matter of fact, the website of Indonesian Corruption Watch per se contains articles merely about news on corruption. Those sites were created with an intention to combat or to prevent corruption, however, none of them provides materials on anti-corruption education. Materials on anti-corruption education for higher education can be found mostly in personal blog that cannot be considered as an appropriate academic refferences for teaching anti-corruption education. Therefore, a website which particularly contains anti-corruption education materials following the academic principles is critically needed to educate people and students. The objective of this study was to develop e-learning website application using LMS Moodle for accommodating the teaching of anti-corruption education. Moodle was employed in this study to build the system. Several stages were required to achieve the aim, i.e. analysis stage, design stage, developing stage and application stage. Briefly, the specification of system requirement was identified in the analysis stage; the assessment on the design of the website was taken in the design stage; the design to be converted into a program was conducted in the development stage; and the process of system installation and launching were conducted in the application stage. The end product of this study was an e-learning website that contained courses on anti-corruption education using LMS Moodle.
