Abstract
Customer service is one of the most important supporters of business processes. with the customer service, consumers will easily get service regarding product information needed. so we need a service system that is fast and responsive in responding to consumers. service system that has now evolved along with technological advances is a bot system. bot or called chatbot is an artificial intelligence technology that provides response or interaction with users via text or voice messages. in this study, chatbot technology was designed using dialog flow consisting of agent, intent and training phrase. Then the trial is done by using messenger. The test results show that the chat bot system was successfully designed to provide a response to the user based on the questions asked. The Chat bot is able to provide responses by adjusting the words contained in the training phrases.
